How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 3 to 7 business days, then take about 8 to 18 business days to the US and 10 to 20 to Canada, the UK and Australia. We email tracking as soon as it ships; the first scan can take a few days to appear, and that's normal. Import duties, where a country charges them, aren't included.

What if something arrives broken or doesn't work?

Send us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice, with no return shipping to pay. Spark also has our Chew Happens guarantee: if it breaks or stops working within 30 days, even from play or chewing, we send one free replacement. Changed your mind? Unused items can come back within 30 days; see our return policy.
